In Jewish history from Torah and Maimonides to singing Mi Shebeirach at Shabbat services, we see a push for healthy living and pursuit of new knowledge to improve our well-being.  For years it was commonly believed that Alzheimer's disease was caused by faulty genes or just bad luck. Scientific research now shows a third of Alzheimer's cases could be prevented by lifestyle changes in four key areas.  This session provides evidence-based tips and tools to help you fashion your own strategy for healthy living.  We conclude with review of Alzheimer's Association resources and questions.
